Aimer, Rêver, Prier, Se Taire 2020 offers a beautiful program: after opening the bottle, let the wine open up gently... This reveals a complex nose with aromas of ripe, crisp red fruits, herbaceous notes and hints of blackberry, raspberry coulis and morello cherry, underpinned by subtle oak. Dense and elegant, the palate is powerful without being heavy, with good length, prominent tannins and exceptional texture, leading to an elegant, smoky finish. Treat yourself!

3-star rating (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

Hervé Bizeul, winemaker and rebellious writer, has little left to prove, as his estate is among the elite of Roussillon. That doesn't stop him from continually questioning himself, exploring new avenues, innovating, thinking outside the box, and creating new vintages. This is particularly evident in his Pinot Noir, which came out of nowhere and bravely faces the harsh sun and tramontane winds of the Agly Valley. Here, each cuvée has its own distinct personality, sometimes uncompromising, just like its winemaker. No fewer than seven different terroirs give rise to a serious and diverse interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
