The wines are highly drinkable, fairly low in alcohol for the region, where careful viticulture and an intelligent harvest date avoid any heaviness in the wines. Oca is a dense, majestic white on the palate, complex and delicate, with pronounced mineral notes. A gastronomic white that will be at its best with delicate fish, tartars and fish carpaccios... A fine southern white!
