Terres Plurielles - Maury Sec Borée 2017
3.3/5 (3 reviews)
88-90/100 Robert Parker
"The Maury Sec Borée 2017 is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Carignan and 10% Syrah, all aged in vats. For its build (14.5% alcohol), it's incredibly crisp and structured, without harshness or over-extraction, with layers of red fruit and a hint of herbs and resins." (Wine Advocate 2019)
Terres Plurielles - Cabrils 2018
3.8/5 (17 reviews)
88-90/100 Robert Parker
"A certified organic blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, this 2018 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel Cabrils had not yet been bottled at the time of tasting, so the cooperative sent a sample taken from the tank (brut de cuve). Aromas of raspberries, violets and black cherries appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate features firm but fine tannins that should age this wine for 5 to 6 years. The finish is amply fruity and long." (Wine Advocate 2020) An irresistible cuvée!
Domaine des 3 Vallées 2016
4/5 (18 reviews)
90/100 Robert Parker
"The 2016 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan, with 10% of the blend aged in new French oak barrels. There's a hint of powdery cedar on the nose, but it's not overpowering, allowing the black cherries and blackberries to express themselves. Medium-bodied, excellent value, this is supple and ripe, ready to drink now and over the next 5-6 years." (Wine Advocate 2019 - Joe Czerwinski) An ode to pleasure and indulgence!
Les Vignerons de Tautavel Vingrau - Maury Sec Rocher des Buis 2015
3.5/5 (11 reviews)
91-94/100 Robert Parker
-
Cité Hachette
"Another fine wine, the 2015 Maury Sec Rocher des Buis, with 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah. Made from very old vines and low yields, it offers full-bodied, ripe and decadent notes of plums, berry fruits, spices and peppery herbs. It's going to be great on youth and I think it'll be well above 2014." (Wine Advocate 2017 - Jeb Dunnuck) Unquestionable value for money!
Les Vignerons de Tautavel Vingrau - Les Vingt Marches 2015
3.5/5 (49 reviews)
93/100 Robert Parker
"This 2015 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel is a hidden gem from this vintage. Made from a blend of mainly Syrah, topped up with 20% Grenache and 10% Carignan, this wine is full-bodied and deep, with a voluptuous red texture loaded with notes of plums, violets and spices, with a hint of Viandé from the Syrah developing with aeration. Fully de-stemmed and aged in tank, I'll enjoy these bottles over the next 4-6 years." (Wine Advocate 2017 - Jeb Dennuck) A great success!
Les Vignerons de Tautavel Vingrau - Sans Sulfites Ajoutés 2017
3.3/5 (10 reviews)
2*Étoiles Hachette
"This cuvée is immediately seductive, with its limpid garnet-red color and purplish hues, and its concentrated blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant aromas, mingled with the scents of the garrigue. A velvety, supple attack introduces a spicy, licorice-flavored palate, backed by a fine tannic structure". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2019) 100% Sulfite-free pleasure !
Domaine de l'Arboussa - Maury Sec 2014
3.8/5 (17 reviews)
92/100 Robert Parker
"Displaying the most elegant, airy style of the vintage, the 2014 Maury Sec still offers superb depth and richness of aroma and texture. Notes of dry spices, raspberries and saltiness guide us to a medium-bodied, elegant and impeccably balanced red, offering plenty of character. You can count us among the fans. It offers far more depth and richness than most in this vintage." (Wine Advocate 2017 - Robert Parker)
