Domaine de l'Aitonnement
Maxime Dancoine, a young winemaker from Savoie, settled in Anton a few years ago. Characterized by highly fragmented plots, he cultivates his l'Aitonnement vineyard like a garden, since it is made up exclusively of hillsides. The absence of other professional winegrowers in this part of the Maurienne massif, and the steepness of the slope, make this a unique and atypical vineyard, full of charm that arouses the curiosity of wine lovers.

In order to respect this unique environment as much as possible, Maxime has been farming organically and biodynamically since 2017. This meaningful form of agriculture forces him to think before he acts, and every day he sees how well nature returns the favor.

Production under the IGP Allobroges label is in line with the biodiversity and ambition of the Savoyard viticultural revival. Maxime Dancoine favors the planting of endemic grape varieties such as Jaubertin and Blanc de Maurienne. Of course, the whites of Jacquère and Altesse have a rich, taut profile, as does the Mondeuse in Darkside.

An essential grape variety in Savoyard viticulture, Jacquère is an obvious choice! Combined with the unique terroir of Aiton, it gives birth to a wine that's just right, delicate and fresh, with lemony, chalky notes. It creates an irresistible desire to return to our roots, to the origins of tasting: pleasure!

(Notes vintage 2017)

A dazzling meeting of Altesse and Jacquère. What a singularity! A wine combining the delicacy of Jacquère and the precision of Altesse. A blend with a radical, explosive approach, producing a lively, complex wine that will explode both your taste buds and your certainties. Light years ahead of anything you've ever tasted! Unexpected, irresistible, spontaneous.
