The whites are slender, mineral, pure and pleasingly consistent. They are ideally ripe, without excess, and have great finesse. The reds are full-bodied and generous, and need to be decanted or waited for. The rest of the range is of the same ilk, with good mouthfeel and fullness. Quality is exemplary and continues to improve. The newly arrived crémant outshines the category.
