Wine making

Direct pneumatic pressing, rigorous settling, and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at a low temperature of around 15°C. Oak staves are used to add length and vanilla notes to the finish.

Mouth

Full-bodied and rich with fruity notes of peach and apricot and a vanilla finish.
