"A very lovely aromatic palette!"

Red in color with purple highlights, this Mondeuse is delicately peppery and has a scent of candied red fruits. It has beautiful tannins that remain supple on the palate. This Mondeuse pairs beautifully with ribeye steak, game, and red meats in sauce to balance the peppery tannins. It also goes very well with a nice cheese platter.
