Blackcurrant aromas dominate the nose of Cuvée Vieillefont, which has a ruby-red color with purplish highlights. Round and silky on the palate. The tannins are fine and supple. A real treat!

About the domain :
When Jean-Mary and Catherine Le Bihan took over the family farm, they opted for the Duras hillsides. And they were right to do so, as they have raised the estate to one of the best in the South-West. In this appellation, which is struggling to emerge, this estate, using a common grape variety, produces original cuvées, pleasant to drink young or made for ageing, such as the superb Perrette et les Noisetiers 2014, tasted in magnum. Clémence, one of their daughters, has joined them.
