Created at the end of the 19th century, the Château Montana is currently run by Patrick Saurel and his children. By renovating several buildings and constructing new cellars in the early 2000s, he is able to give free rein to his imagination when crafting his Roussillon cuvées.

Château Montana 's vineyards cover 30 hectares of clay-limestone Aspres terroir, planted with Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, as well as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and more local varieties: Marselan and Caladoc. Château Montana's vineyards are managed using integrated farming methods and are HVE 3 certified.
