Domaine rated (2011 guide) 2*Stars (These great estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About the domain :

"With as much energy and pleasure as in the early days of Souch, Yvonne Hegoburu devotes herself full-time to this magnificent estate in the village of Laroin. The estate is a perfect example of biodynamic viticulture in the Jurançon region and produces top-quality wines. Rigorous work in the vineyard (planted at an altitude of 300 meters) is followed by precise sorting at harvest and meticulous vinification, producing flawless results. Lovers of great whites will be delighted with this racy production.
