Cathy Faller works as a family, accompanied by her sons Eddy and Théo. The vast vineyard produces fruity wines of excellent constitution and finesse. Le Clos des Capucins is one of those magical, elusive, timeless places. It's rare to find a place with so much energy and history, producing wines of such purity. About the wine :

The Riesling 2021 Cuvée Colette comes from the Lieu-dit Bonnes Terres, just below the Schlossberg, on granite. The vines are between 50 and 60 years old, and are rooted in deeper soil to avoid water stress. The nose is shy, revealing only an occasional hint of citrus, but the palate arrives with lovely concentration and citric verve. Lemon zest and peel frame the juicy, slightly full-bodied palate. Charming, light and very refreshing. The long, lemony finish is mouth-watering.
