On this site, it owns a tiny plot of 45 ares that gives rise to this cuvée spéciale et limitéeThe soil is very rich in rock debris and mineral salts, enabling the Gamay grapes to impart the power and structure befitting this cuvée for laying down. This Morgon Cuvée du Py which requires a little patience, will be aged for up to ten years, and when its tannins have melted, it will be called "morgonne"...
