"Dark color, intense nose of red fruits and spices, long and consistent palate, reflecting a sunny year but retaining a pleasant freshness. The semi-carbonic Beaujolais vinification surely has something to do with it." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)

Guide Hachette des vins
Wine rated (2017 guide) 1*Star (Very successful wine)
Domain rated (guide 2022) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the wine:
Dark color, intense nose of red berries and spices, long, full-bodied palate, reflecting a sunny year but retaining a pleasant freshness. The semi-carbonic Beaujolais vinification process has certainly played a part.
About the domain :
On the borders of Burgundy and Beaujolais, this château takes its name from Sieur Bonnet, alderman of the town of Mâcon, who built a manor house here in 1630, where Lamartine later stayed. Acquired by the Perrachon family in 1973, the estate comprises 22 ha of vines. Pierre-Yves Perrachon, head of the estate since 1988, was joined in 2013 by his daughter Charlotte, a nologue. He has also joined forces with a winegrower from the Mâconnais region to complete his operation with a trading structure, Bourgogne Sélect.
