Domain rated (guide 2022) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the wine:
A cuvée vinified by semi-carbonic maceration and aged in vats for ten months. The nose, at first rather discreet, opens up to red fruit on aeration, while powerful tannins assert themselves on the dense, persistent palate.
About the domain :
On the borders of Burgundy and Beaujolais, this château takes its name from Sieur Bonnet, alderman of the town of Mâcon, who built a manor house here in 1630, where Lamartine later stayed. Acquired by the Perrachon family in 1973, the estate comprises 22 ha of vines. Pierre-Yves Perrachon, head of the estate since 1988, was joined in 2013 by his daughter Charlotte, a nologue. He has also joined forces with a winegrower from the Mâconnais region to complete his operation with a trading structure, Bourgogne Sélect.

Domain rated (guide 2021) Recommended (Wine producer recommended by Wine Enthusiast)
About the wine:
This richly structured wine has firm tannins and lots of juicy black fruit. Its richness is balanced by the acidity and dry core that will allow the wine to age.
