This very attractive Blaye develops a fine aromatic palette, with notes of ripe red fruit, spicy nuances and a hint of cocoa. A supple, round, well-balanced red with a solid structure. The perfect companion for lamb chops, pan-fried or grilled to taste!

Harvest sorting with selection of the best grapes. Total de-stemming and crushing. Pre-fermentation maceration at 20°C. Alcoholic fermentation at 25-28° with pumping over, pneumatic pressing and malolactic fermentation at 22°C.

Ripe, aromatic nose (red fruit). Round, greedy and supple on the palate, yet with good acidity for good length. A pleasant wine offering excellent value for money.
