About the wine:

Well matured together in concrete vats and barrels, this wine unfurls beautiful toasty notes coupled with black fruits on the nose. An engaging palette that is extended by a full, soft, silky, well-balanced palate, underpinned by pleasant freshness and refined tannins. 2025 - 2030

About the domain :

Ch. les Tours de Peyrat is a 16-hectare family estate (certified organic) planted on the clay-limestone soils of Saint-Paul-de-Blaye, and has been run by Christelle Sauboua since 2000. It is part of the Cars cooperative (1937), renamed "Châteaux solidaires" in 2011, which vinifies separately the harvests of ten or so rigorously selected member châteaux.
