Notes of honeyed peach, tangerine oil and white flowers present Mâcon-Pierreclos En Crazy 2016. It's a medium-bodied, satiny, open wine that's expressive and easy to enjoy. Between first juices from young vines and second presses from older vines, this produces Guffens' finest cuvée of Mâcon-Pierreclos, En Crazy is to be enjoyed young.

Jean-Marie Guffens has mastered the art of vinifying and sublimating Chardonnay. Tasting one of his cuvées, even after ten years, is always a great moment. He divides his time between the haute-couture vinifications of this estate, the management of his negoce Verget, his property Château des Tourettes in the Luberon and Château Closiot, in Barsac, where he makes great dry and sweet wines when the year allows.
