Palmer & Co is above all a story of men and women cultivating a passion for vines, terroir and wine since 1947. Seven winegrowers are at the origin of this renowned Champagne House, which has become a benchmark today.

Palmer & Co 's vineyards cover 415 hectares spread over some forty Crus in the Montagne de Reims. The Côte de Sézanne, Côte des Bar and Vallée de la Marne regions complete this mosaic of terroirs. The entire vineyard is managed with the greatest respect for the environment. The company is committed to sustainable viticulture, respectful of people and nature.

The Chef de Caves and his 4 oenologists are the guardians of the Palmer & Co style , watching over the wines of yesterday, today and tomorrow with sensitivity and passion. The champagnes remain in contact with their yeast deposits for many years, and the slow ageing on the lees will bring out the finesse and aromatic complexity characteristic of Palmer champagnes.

"A timeless signature of the House, a model of balance and great precision.

"Palmer takes the cake again! Every element is in its right place, to the millimeter. First of all, there's the lacy nose combining mirabelle plum, lime blossom and lychee. A perfume of rare preciousness! Then comes the tangy palate, evoking orange, pear, toast, hazelnut and currant, before a masterful conclusion with a slightly licorice bitterness.
