Clos Canarelli

Clos Canarelli is owned by Yves Canarelli, who is first and foremost a proponent of biodynamic farming, certified by ECOCERT, and also a fervent defender of local grape varieties, the roots of Corsican viticulture. Today, he is a stalwart of the Figari appellation and produces wines of great precision. He works on theClos Canarelli vineyard , which receives the most sunshine in France, but the frequent wind and mountain air currents allow him to produce finely crafted wines.

His passion for the terroir, his meticulousness, and his insatiable research—planting Corsican grape varieties, biodynamic cultivation, indigenous yeasts, a new cellar with an aging room—work wonders.
