"Beautifully intense red, dark carmine and brilliant. Niellucciu dominance brings freshness, cherry bursts, spice, Sichuan pepper on a background of maquis, dried herbs. For the estate's major cuvée, it's already very young, with lots of personality. We are charmed by the quality of the tannins that surround this ripe, precious juice, a framework without excess, subtly infused, all freshness to ensure the digestible aspect of the whole. "Light cherry red. Nicely dusty nose - very "amphora". Expressive dark red fruit. Dry, delicately chewy, with pure texture and fruitiness. Long, juicy finish emanating from this lovely dry texture." "Made from 100% Vermentinu granite plots, vinified with no added inputs or sulfur, in clay amphora. Golden, slightly cloudy on opening, luminous. Nose marked by juicy pear, notes of autolysis brought by the lees and non-filtration of this cuvée. The palate is rich and generous, with a tangy structure that supports the whole.
