"A cuvée synonymous with pleasure, ideal for discovering Patrimonio PDO".

"The opposite of YL red, Cuvée E Croce is largely dominated by Niellucciu, the color density is darker, carmine-garnet, notes of black cherry appear, no woodiness, fruit always in the foreground, hints of spice. On the palate, the juice is ripe and racy, with a good sense of the schist, and very fine tannins. Beautiful balance, the freshness of the 2021s and a good ageing potential". (Le Guide RVF 2025)

About the domain :

Yves Leccia, an oenologist involved in the revival and promotion of island wines, set up his own estate in 2005, after running the family business with his sister for some fifteen years. Today, with his wife Sandrine, he manages a 16-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone and schist soils in Poggio-d'Oletta. Certified organic since 2017, it is one of the pillars of the Patrimonio appellation, which is also often recognized for its Muscats.

About the domain :

Yves Leccia and his partner Sandrine run a vineyard located mainly on the E Croce and Partinelone plots. The land is ploughed and tilled, and organic fertilizers are used. In recent years, the estate has innovated with new wines such as O Bà, Biancu Marinu and L'Altru Biancu. These carefully-crafted wines remain good ambassadors for Corsican vineyards, but care must be taken not to erase too much of their individuality: some of the wines, more formatted than in the past, give pride of place to technicality.
