"The new vintage wasn't out yet so I re-tasted Loco blanc 2015 to check its evolution in bottle. It's becoming very balsamic, with notes of camphor and laurel, this wine is clearly Mediterranean, with some mineral notes reminiscent of Riesling, while retaining the varietal signature. It should continue to improve in bottle." (Wine Advocate 2018 - Robert Parker) A wine that lives up to its name! A crazy gamble to make the only 100% Grenache blanc cuvée in central Spain. A unique and unmissable cuvée! (Supplied with fabric cover)

About the domain :
I've had a selection of very fine Canopy wines sampled several times. The wines are always fresh, even in a sunny vintage like 2015. The vines are worked organically, the fermentations are all carried out with indigenous yeasts, and the wines are aged in two- or three-wine barrels, with a preference for large containers, which helps to round out the tannins without marking the wines. A very high-level domaine, with wines that perfectly reflect the vintage and their chosen terroir.
