"The non-vintage Real de Aragon Brut de Pagos Familia Langa comes from the DO of Calatayud, and is composed of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Macabeu. Mineral, biscuity, with notes of white peach on the nose, concentrated, persistent, an intense sparkling wine. Flavors are well-defined and precise, with a clean, refreshing finish. RP rated this wine 90 or 18/20, it drinks too much Monsieur. many, many crémants are superior. This wine isn't unpleasant, but it's very thin on the palate and the nose isn't very expressive. Very good for making a quality Kir. I give it 12/20 absolute.

The nose lives up to the description, fresh and fruity. On the palate, however, it is sorely lacking in body and length. There are far more interesting crémants at the same price.
