The vineyards are farmed ecologically , and great care is taken in ageing the wines, including this 2003 Réserva, a fruity, powerful 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon with a fleshy mouthfeel and ripe tannins, making it the most Spanish of the Reservas de Somontano !
