About the domain :
Christophe Fargier trained in the USA in the early 1990s and opened the Ninkasi in Lyon's Gerland district in 1997. His concept was unique in France: to combine a beer factory with a bar-restaurant offering live music. As the beer factory became too small, everyone moved to Tarare, in a former dyeing plant with Eiffel steelwork. In 2016, Lyon boasts seven Ninkasi bar-restaurants, perpetuating the city's rich brewing tradition. All beers are produced using top fermentation, without artificial coloring or flavoring, and are not pasteurized.
