I.P.A

"Character!"

A highly hopped top-fermented blond ale. Its intense nose offers exuberant notes of exotic fruit and grapefruit. The palate is generous, velvety and dynamic. Round and full-bodied, it has a rich aroma of lychee, rose and grapefruit, enriched by the cereal notes of malt. As with I.P.A., the bitterness on the finish is sustained. A very popular style with beer lovers.

"Exotic Flavors

A beautiful top-fermented blond with exotic flavors of fresh organic ginger. The nose emanates an explosive cocktail of ginger and citrus. The palate is greedy and fruity, with good tension and stimulating bubbles. A fruity beer, light and thirst-quenching, with a lovely freshness and a lingering bitterness. Perfect with Asian cuisine!

"For all thirsts

With its golden color, this bottom-fermented blond ale has a dense head and delicate bubbles, revealing a brioche, floral and fruity nose. The attack is mellow and light at the same time. The malt brings brioche notes, while the hops add fresh floral and vegetal touches, with a thirst-quenching bitterness on the finish. Very tasty!

"Named after the valve of the Dombes ponds, this light blond wheat beer reveals an exuberant head. The fresh nose offers scents of cereals and flowers, with light citrus notes. The slightly acidic attack develops a strong cereal taste, with hints of honey, English candy and lime. The finish is fresh. (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

Cité Hachette Bières

"Topped with a compact head, this beer has an opaque orange color. The cereal nose is beautifully fruity. On the palate, the extremely fine fizz reveals the velvety texture. The taste of roasted malts makes this beer very accessible; it's to be recommended to palates that don't appreciate bitterness." (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

"The opaque, beautifully orange color of this rousse is topped by a thick, creamy, compact mousse. The nose reveals hints of roasted cereals and fruit. On the palate, the fizz is subtle, followed by the voluptuous texture hoped for from the foam. The taste of roasted cereals gives a slightly sweet tone, with a roundness reinforced by notes of chestnut and apricot. The finish is well balanced, with hops and malts harmonizing smoothly." Impériale stout is a complex, hoppy beer. It is inspired by Russian Impérial Stout, a beer produced by the English for the court of Empress Catherine of Russia. Its brown color comes from the use of roasted malt. It's a mellow beer, developing flavors of licorice, chocolate, toast and coffee.

Dame de Malt 's golden color comes from the combination of blond and more kilned malts, which also give it a bread and cookie flavor. Its bitterness is a little more pronounced than a classic lager, but remains elegant and subtle. It will be appreciated for its smoothness and will stand out during a meal. Discover it for yourself!

"This golden, coppery Triple, one of the first Triples from Champagne-Ardennes, is topped with an imposing mousse. The nose is very expressive, with ripe yellow fruits followed by toasted cereals. On the attack, the effervescence is lively, then the texture unfolds, full and warm on the palate, taking up all the space. The malt base is clearly present. Candied and cooked fruit flavors dominate, followed by spices (cloves, pepper). The sweetness doesn't take over, and the peppery finish is surprisingly long-lasting. This triple Champagne version possesses rare elegance, relief and remarkable balance". (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

3*Coup de Coeur Hachette Bières

"The color of this Hefeweizen is particularly milky, and its creamy white foam is particularly enticing. The nose is perfumed with honey, cloves and citrus fruits, with a hint of banana, typical of Hefeweizen, and a strong fermentary character. On the palate, the attack is lively, the small bubbles burst like fireworks, and the texture is creamy. Beneath the cream, citrus and banana flavors rub shoulders with hints of cereal and fresh bread. The herbaceous bitterness is subtle. A little raspy, a little dry, this beer has aromas of lightly toasted almonds in retro-olfaction. A beautiful wheat beer on Savoyard yeast". (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

3*Étoiles Hachette Bières

"The color is golden and the fine white foam ensures a necklace of bubbles on the surface. The nose surprises with notes of fruity and floral hops, usually present in the nose of IPAs. On the palate, the effervescence is beautiful, the bubbles burst from all sides with delicacy, the hops are still there on the palate, with aromas of exotic fruits and hints of sauvignon. In the second mouth, the flavors become herbaceous, greener, and the finish is long. A blonde akin to the American Pale Ale style, which we propose to call "Pale Ale Savoyarde" with New World hops." "A dome of ivory foam, reminiscent of egg whites beaten into snow, overhangs a slightly cloudy, coppery old gold color. The nose is grassy and spicy. On the palate, the immediate acidity contrasts with the round, velvety texture provided by the blend of malts. The taste evolves on grains, cereals, then spices take over again with finesse and elegance. The finish has a spicy bitterness mingled with notes of yellow fruit". (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)
