Vin noté (guide 2023) 17/20 (Millésime 2021)

About the wine :

A wine that smells of raspberry and hibiscus tea. Intensely sweet raspberries and strawberries fill the midpalate, surrounded by a moonlit haze of white pepper dust and rose petals. Fine, dusty tannins. Something wildly spicy and fleshy, in the sanguine style. Quite distinctive, and despite all the complexity and texture that fills the mouth, the wine finishes as fine and ethereal as a silk scarf. Certified organic (Ecocert). 2023-2027

Vin noté (guide 2023) 93/100 (Millésime 2021) (Jonathan Choukroun Chicheportiche)

About the wine :

The wine has a pale ruby color with a brilliant disk. The nose is intense and open, revealing hints of dried red cherries, candied strawberries, a hint of Mediterranean herbs and white pepper, as well as subtle floral nuances. The palate is juicy and luscious, with intense, sweet fruit, lively acidity and the volume and roundness typical of Cannonau. The wine offers nuances of wild strawberries and forest raspberries with a gourmet touch of spice and cocoa. Good freshness, soft, chalky tannins and perfect integration of alcohol. A real delight!
