"This Savagnin takes its time before revealing all its subtleties!"

After three years in barrels with regular topping up, this 100% Savagin Arbois expresses notes of spice and white fruit. Citrus fruits such as grapefruit are also present. The finish is fresh and pleasant. This is the ideal wine for cream-based dishes or cuisine with delicate spices.

About the estate:

This vast estate located in the municipalities of Arbois and Pupillin was founded by Roger Martin from Burgundy, who planted 14 hectares of Savagnin grapes, making it the largest vineyard in the Jura dedicated to this grape variety in the 1950s. Pierre, his son, and Vincent, his grandson, are now in charge of the estate. The estate has been practicing organic viticulture since 1999 and biodynamic viticulture since 2009. Many older vintages are still available at reasonable prices.
