Here you have everything you need to discover this wonderful Corbières region. This bottle expresses the fruit of Carignan (90%) with a touch of Syrah, made from whole bunches using gentle extraction to allow the fruit to express itself with hints of pepper. Rated estate (2023 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)

About the estate:

Gaëlle and Florian met in Burgundy and decided to settle in Languedoc in the early 2010s. After several years of searching, the Franco-German couple settled in Fontjoncouse, where they cultivate plots of old vines. The wine is carefully aged in barrels. This is a wonderful initiative in this wild and rocky part of the Corbières region. This is a winery that will go far!
