Visit Domaine des 2 Clés consists of 10 hectares certified organic and 4 hectares in the process of being certified. The estate was created in 2015 by a couple with a passion for wine, who met in Beaune: Gaëlle Richter, an oenologist from Burgundy, and Florian Richter, a German expert in the wine trade. Enriched by their travels and experiences, they settled in Fontjoncouse in the Languedoc region after taking up a major challenge: finding a still-affordable vineyard with real potential.

In a magical setting, perched on the heights of the Corbières semi-slope appellation, close to the Mediterranean, the terroir at an altitude of 275 to 350 meters reveals a real freshness, even including old vines, some of which are over 111 years old. A true Gem to enhance through the wines.

The soils of Domaine des 2 Clés are worked using biodynamic methods, in harmony with the environment and adapted to each plot. The wine-making process is as pure as possible, guided by a Burgundian spirit: gentle extractions at the service of the fruit to deliver finesse and elegance. Domaine des 2 Clés wines are already featured on the menu of 3-star chef Gilles Goujon's Auberge du Vieux Puits in Fontjoncouse. A great story to follow in the coming years.

Great potential for this white Corbières blending native grape varieties: Macabeu, Grenache blanc and gris, Rolle. This pure, high-altitude Grenache Noir has a deep, dark color. Its explosive nose is intensely perfumed with camphorated and mentholated notes and pure fruit. The palate is harmonious, suave and powdery, with firm yet elegant tannins. A wine balanced by lively freshness and a long, spicy finish. A very fine bottle!

Here you have the keys to discovering this wonderful Corbières estate. This bottle expresses the fruit of Carignan (90%) with a touch of Syrah, worked in whole bunches by light extraction to let the fruit express itself, tinged with peppery notes.
