Dominated by Carignan (70%) from the oldest vines in the Vallée du Paradis, this cuvée showcases the full potential of this estate. The wine is concentrated, powerful, and typical of the south (garrigue spices), crafted with elegance and superb freshness, giving it length and a distinguished character. A cuvée with great aging potential!

Wine rating (2023 guide) 92/100 (2019 vintage)

Rated estate (2023 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)

About the estate:

Gaëlle and Florian met in Burgundy and decided to settle in Languedoc in the early 2010s. After several years of searching, the Franco-German couple settled in Fontjoncouse, where they cultivate plots of old vines. The wine is carefully aged in barrels. This is a wonderful initiative in this wild and rocky part of the Corbières region. This is a winery that will go far!

A wine that lacks balance, with a harsh palate and a very pronounced natural character with a distinct deviation on the palate... It's a shame.
