Cinderella Estate
The Domaine de la Cendrillon became the property of the Joyeux family in 1750, marking the beginning of its history as a wine estate. In 2000, alongside his work in industry, Robert Joyeux took over the reins of the estate, supported by his wife and eight children.

The Domaine de La Cendrillon vineyard covers 50 hectares, including around 15 hectares of young vines (between 2 and 15 years old), all planted on the borders of the Fontfroide and Boutenac terroirs. Convinced that great wines are the result of a living and preserved environment, the estate converted to organic farming and obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2013. Extreme care is taken with the vines to obtain healthy and complex grapes. These developments in the vineyard are accompanied by grassing between the rows, sheep manure fertilization, and water stress management through drip irrigation.

Domaine de La Cendrillonproduces a variety of grape varieties on different terroirs, giving the cellar master an exceptional range of aromas to work with. It also stands out for the presence of "exotic" grape varieties such as Albarinho and Verdejo: a sought-after originality. The wines of Domaine de La Cendrillon are renowned for their freshness, balance, finesse, and elegance.
