This rosé cuvée, with its delicate pastel-pink color, expresses itself with charm and lightness, revealing subtle floral and fruity nuances of rhubarb and fresh red berries. With hints of iodine, the palate is tender, fresh and elegant.

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated (Guide 2022) 90/100 (Vintage 2021)
Domaine rated (guide 2024) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Robert Joyeux's career as an industrialist went hand in hand with extensive renovation work on the estate, enabling him to create the Corbières of his dreams, elegant and expressive of the complexity and variety of its terroirs. Since 2011, he and his wife Geneviève have devoted themselves full-time to their estate, and their son Hubert has just joined them to promote this fine cru to the four corners of the world. The estate has been certified organic since 2013, and the grapes are nurtured to perfection, with gentle extractions, no crushing and gravity processing to produce generous yet refined and sincere wines. The cuvée Inédite has depth and staying power, while the cuvée numéro-1, exuberant and full of character, deserves its name. We were also seduced by the new Cuvée La Coume, tonic and fresh. White and rosé wines are delicious.

About the domain :
La Cendrillon? A place in Ornaisons, at the foot of the Fontfroide massif, an old inn along the Roman road that linked the Narbonnaise region to Aquitaine. A native of the region, entrepreneur Robert Joyeux took over the family estate in 1993, and has spared no expense in investments: new plantations, a new winery. Today, the 42 ha estate has been certified organic since the end of 2012.
