Cet assemblage de 70% Syrah et 30% Grenache dévoile un nez complexe et harmonieux respirant la lavande, la garrigue, le cassis et une touche de poivre noir. La bouche présente une extraction de matière impressionnante, ample et ronde, elle nous livre un concentré d'arômes de fruits noirs et rouges confiturés et un bouquet de notes de garrigue. Un concentré de saveurs du Languedoc !

Destemming (no crushing) and gravity-fed vatting. Separate vinification of each grape variety using traditional fermentation with two délestages and pigeage. Post-fermentation maceration for 16 days.

About the domain :
This small estate was created in 2006 by Peter and Deborah Core, Englishmen with a love of the region and nature, who cultivate 6 ha of vines organically on a Villafranchian terrace on the slopes of a basaltic flow.
