Domaine Saint-Nicolas
Patrice Michon set up in Brem-sur-Mer in 1960, gradually buying up vines to expand his vineyard holdings. In 1970, he moved to Ile-d'Olonne, where he built a modern winery. Joined in 1984 by his two sons, Thierry and Eric, he overturned the habits of the Vendée region to give Domaine Saint-Nicolas wines their own distinctive stamp and label.
