Domaine Bonnet-Huteau
Located in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine vineyards, between Nantes, the Loire and the ocean, the Bonnet-Huteau estate has been producing Muscadet for over 150 years. A true Muscadet family institution! Passionate winegrowers for 4 generations, brothers Rémi and Jean-Jacques have run the 40-hectare vineyard since the late 80s. With an organic approach in place for over 10 years, viticulture at the Bonnet-Huteau estate is evolving towards biodynamic practices that respect the soil and nature (ploughing, organic fertilization, treatment with plant stimulants, certified "organic agriculture" since 2005) and pure, mineral wines.

Domaine Bonnet-Huteau takes great care to convey in its wines the full expression of the minerality of each terroir: gneiss, micachiste, gabbro, amphibolites, granite... all of which contribute to the diversity and richness of the great Muscadet wines.

"Haute Expression du Cru

Expressive and full-bodied, after 24 months ageing on lees, this wine is a worthy representative of the "Goulaine" cru, one of the seven communal Muscadet appellations. Full-bodied on the palate, with plenty of fruit and a long, saline finish. A fine bottle to wait for, or open early in the decanter to let the fruit's full potential express itself. A great Muscadet!

"Du Pep's!"

This friendly, refreshing wine will seduce you with its expressive nose of white fruit, apple, pear and a touch of aniseed. Unusually greedy for a Muscadet, the palate is tasty, with a pleasant fruity roundness and a nice fatness.

(Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2022 - RVF) Saline tension, freshness and a lightly tannic finish. A Muscadet off the beaten track, aged 12 months in ovoid terracotta vats.
