Domaine de L'Ecu
Visit Domaine de L'Ecu is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture, whose successors made the transition to organic farming very early on. Indeed, the Domaine de L'Ecu, with 22 ha, can boast almost 40 years of organic farming, and almost 15 years of biodynamic farming!

Today, Frédéric Niger, who arrived in 2009, is taking over the Domaine de L'Ecu in 2010. Successor to the famous biodynamist Guy Bossard, he produces terroir-driven cuvées, often reflecting a specific minerality: gneiss, granite, orthogneiss... Passionate, he shares his passion for Muscadet, the fruit of meticulous work. A benchmark in the Pays Nantais!
