"The youthfulness of a rosé wine that can be stored!"

A fresh, gourmet rosé with aromas of raspberry and pomelo enhanced by a hint of herbaceousness. Full-bodied and opulent on the palate, with citrus and pomelo notes, a hint of vanilla, freshness, lovely acidity, and a salty finish enhanced by subtle warm spices. In short, a rosé to share, perfect with appetizers or Asian dishes, with good aging potential.

Wine rated 90/100 (2020 vintage)

Rated estate (2023 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

Planted in 1980 and purchased in 2010 by Caroline and Philippe Chauvin, this 15-hectare property, eight of which are in Bandol, is located on a hillside and is organized into terraces. Facing north, running down a fairly steep slope, the vineyard is rising from the ashes. With the construction of a beautiful winery, perfectly integrated into the landscape, and the opening of a farmhouse inn offering a wide range of products from their own production, the estate takes the concept of hospitality and terroir very seriously.
