Domaine de La Font des Pères
The origins of La Font des Pères dates back to the 13th century. Observant monks occupied the site in Bandol, where they planted a variety of crops, including vines.
A few centuries later, Caroline and Philippe Chauvin have been at the helm of this estate since 2010, where Mourvèdre, Grenache, Clairette and Bourboulenc are planted, surrounded by restanques.

Extending over 6 hectares until 2019, the La Font des Pères vineyard has grown to 15 hectares today, with work carried out in the winery, the sales cellar and the farm inn.
With the aim of getting closer to their customers and offering them a unique gastronomic experience, the owners have renovated 4 villas so that their customers can stay longer in Bandol, and enjoy the authentic gastronomy and wines of La Font des Pères, in a friendly, charming and relaxing setting.

"The youthfulness of a rosé for laying down!

A fresh, gastronomic rosé, with a nose of raspberry and pomelo, enhanced by a hint of herbaceousness. Full-bodied and opulent on the palate, with citrus fruit and pomelo, a hint of vanilla and freshness, supported by lovely acidity and a saline finish enhanced by warm spices. In short, a rosé for sharing, capable of accompanying aperitifs or Asian dishes, with good ageing potential.

"The southern sun

Here's a sublime Bandol that will enchant your taste buds with its original notes of coffee, spices and salted butter, supported by small black fruits. In its youth, remember to open it a little early, as the dominant Mourvèdre needs to calm its ardor before tasting. A warm southern wine that makes you hungry for Mediterranean dishes.

This Côtes de Provence has a salmon color with silver highlights. Marine and iodized, with hints of lemon and citrus, it is fresh and crisp on the palate, with a saline finish balanced by pretty bitters. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with tuna lasagne or gambas a la plancha.
