Château Dalmeran
Nestled on a hilltop overlooking rolling countryside, the Château Dalmeran has been established in Les Baux de Provence since 1531. A dozen hectares of vines share this setting with Gallo-Roman remains.

Between historical heritage and modernity, Château Dalmeran produces generous Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon. Investments in a new winery and conversion to organic farming have made this property a benchmark in the appellation.

15/20 Bettane & Desseauve

"Deep garnet-red, slightly evolved. Complex nose, garrigue, beautiful grilled and spicy tones, discreet woodiness. Suave attack, magnificent velvety, ample, full-bodied substance, one breathes an arid, wild landscape, the terroir in the bottle. Superb." (Le Guide des Vins 2015 - Gilbert & Gaillard)

(2013 vintage notes)

Floral on the nose, this white cuvée develops notes of exotic fruit and vanilla on the palate. The finish is fresh and long, with a subtle lemony minerality.

Château Dalmeran rosé has elegant red berry aromas and a rich texture on the palate. Well-controlled acidity gives the wine freshness and a certain salinity. An organic rosé de saignée not to be missed!
