"An orange wine straight from the Wine Globes, a winemaking technique that preserves all the wine's brilliance!"

The technique of making orange wine dates back more than 6,000 years! Winemaker Xavier Vignon uses glass containers holding over 200 liters, known as Wine Globes, to make his orange wine. These containers preserve the wine's brilliance and allow it to reveal its full potential. The result is a wine with incredible aromas of quince, fig, and sweet spices. Not usually a fan of this type of wine, but this one charmed me with its full-bodied palate and lovely length. Well-controlled tannins.

I didn't know it, but it's a pleasantly surprising wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with fish, but also with meat.
