"An Orange wine straight from the Wine Globes, a winemaking technique that preserves all the wine's brilliance!"
The technique for making orange wine goes back over 6,000 years! For his orange wine, winemaker Xavier Vignon uses 200-liter glass containers known as Wine Globes, which preserve the wine's brilliance and reveal its full potential. Not a great fan of this type of wine, this one charmed me with its fleshy mouthfeel and fine length. The harshness of the tannins is well controlled.

I didn't know this surprisingly pleasant wine can be drunk as an aperitif or with fish, but also with meat.
