50% Syrah, 50% Grenache. Assemblage des millésimes 2019, pour la Syrah du nord et 2020 pour le Grenache du sud.

Terroirs

The Syrah comes from 15 different plots on sandy, granite and Loess soils. The Grenache comes from 21 different plots, on a variety of terroirs of sand, gravel and rolled pebbles. All parcels have been selected for their exceptional concentration and composition of mineral salts and polyphenols.

Breeding

Grenache in concrete vats and Syrah in oak truncated cone vats for 20 months, 1/3 of them aged in 1-wine barrels.

A well-balanced, chewy wine, more substantial than a classic Côte du Rhône. I can't find the mouth description on the site: to be seen later with aeration.
