"Just before bottling, it delighted us with its subtle aromatic diversity, its deep-rooted minerality and, above all, its noble bitters. A great white, a must for its terroir and its region. Truffle vegetables, Guy Jullien style, will be its best companion". (Le Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France 2017)

About the domain :
In conversation with Jérôme Bressy, an erudite and fascinating man, we enjoy listening to his knowledge, rich in the tricks of the old hands, the ancestral practices that gave birth to the great wines of the Vaucluse. Attentive to his terroir and the ampelographic diversity of his vines, he is a rare artisan in the winegrowing landscape. Our man is exceptional in his igp vaucluse wines, true blotters of the Rasteau terroir, tracings of old varieties treated with respect and care. In the cellar, patience and experience go hand in hand with time to produce some of the finest vintages in the Southern Rhône Valley. With each vintage, he raises his standards to achieve tangible perfection. Once again, he has demonstrated this this year.
