"A real quest for personality characterizes this bottle. The aromas are ripe, with scents of spices and cranberry. The palate rests on fine, acidic tannins with vinosity." (Le Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France 2015). A great breed for this gastronomic rosé, powerful and complex, which will delight lovers of well-mastered rosés. A great estate wine!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated (2015 guide) 15/20 (Very good wine)
Domaine rated (2018 guide) 4*Stars (High-quality producers, the glories of the French vineyard)
About the wine:
A real quest for personality characterizes this bottle. The aromas are ripe, with scents of spices and cranberry. On the palate, the tannins are fine and acidic, with a vinous quality.
About the domain :
In conversation with Jérôme Bressy, an erudite and fascinating man, we enjoy listening to his knowledge, rich in the tricks of the old hands, the ancestral practices that have given birth to the great wines of the Vaucluse. Attentive to his terroir and the ampelographic diversity of his vines, he is a rare artisan in the winegrowing landscape. His igp vaucluse wines are exceptional, true blotters of the Rasteau terroir, tracings of old varieties treated with respect and care. In the cellar, patience and experience go hand in hand with time to produce some of the finest vintages in the Southern Rhône Valley. With each vintage, he raises his standards to achieve tangible perfection. Once again, he has demonstrated this this year.
Guide des Vins Gault & Millau
Wine rated (2016 guide) 17.5/20 (Outstanding)
About the wine:
Jérôme Bressy presents this exceptional, atypical rosé as a blanc de noirs! The palate is succulent, with a spicy, peppery base and a flavor like the essence of shellfish. An oh-so-gourmet rosé. Tasting February 2016.
