"Once again, the Tain winery has won unanimous praise for its concentrated, elegant Hermitage wines, with perfectly tamed oak. This cuvée immediately won the hearts of tasters with its fiery nose combining candied black berries and roasted scents (cocoa, roasted coffee). The presence of very ripe grapes can also be felt on the concentrated, suave and powerful palate, built on fine, tight tannins, the fruit of skilful ageing in Burgundy barrels of different ages (30% new). Produced from parcels located in the cantons of Saint-Donat, Tain and Tournon, this fresh, expressive white wine is marked by the typical characteristics of Viognier: pear, apricot, acacia. On the palate, roundness and greediness play around citrus notes citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers and white-fleshed white-fleshed fruit. The finish is full-bodied and elegant. A real delight!
