Roméo is a fine, delicate 100% Syrah. Its expressions of small red berries, licorice, cinnamon and black pepper are immediately appealing. The tasting continues on a round, greedy palate with polished tannins, all supported by a fresh frame. A real treat!

"Joli Roussilon

"Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre for this wine that smells of garrigue and orchard. Full-bodied on the palate, it tends towards fruit, with controlled, mineral tannins. The wine is just right, offering the leathery notes of Mourvèdre with finesse on the finish. A simple vinification revealing a terroir, that of the Aspres".
