Roméo is a fine, delicate 100% Syrah. Its expressions of small red berries, licorice, cinnamon and black pepper are immediately appealing. The tasting continues on a round, greedy palate with polished tannins, all supported by a fresh frame. A real treat!

About the wine:
A Syrah with carmine highlights and notes of black fruit and undergrowth. On the palate, it offers a fine tannic presence and finishes on a mineral note.
About the domain :
Acquired in 1992 by the Bertrand family, this 50-hectare estate, set against the hills of Castelnou, proudly boasts superb, well-restored 13th-century buildings. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2013.
