"Haute couture"

The estate's flagship wine, it seduces with its velvety finish, oak nuances, and notes of blueberries and black cherries. A great success that can be enjoyed, for example, with a beautiful duck breast...

3-star rating (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

Hervé Bizeul, winemaker and rebellious writer, has little left to prove, as his estate is among the elite of Roussillon. That doesn't stop him from continually questioning himself, exploring new avenues, innovating, thinking outside the box, and creating new vintages. This is particularly evident in his Pinot Noir, which came out of nowhere and bravely faces the harsh sun and tramontane winds of the Agly Valley. Here, each cuvée has its own distinct personality, sometimes uncompromising, just like its winemaker. No fewer than seven different terroirs give rise to a serious and diverse interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
