"The harmony of the appellation's mythical coastline!"

"A well-structured wine for 2021, with a firm tannic base, but with no rough edges and nothing vegetal. Very present aromas of red fruit and summer flowers give it great charm. Long, harmonious finish". (James Suckling). Enjoy with a typical Beaujolais andouillette!

"One of the best Chénas in the appellation, a real treat confimed by customers".

"Quartz continues to be one of the finest expressions of Chénas. Slightly marked by the vegetal character typical of this year, we nevertheless enjoy a great quality of fruit, translated by the basket of blue fruits and peony. The palate is caressing, with velvety, sapid tannins. A real treat". (Le Guide RVF)

"A Morgon of character

A blend of the appellation's different terroirs, the Vieilles Vignes de Gamay grapes planted on these plots at 200-300m altitude produce a wine with notes of ripe cherries and hints of sweet spices. Complex on the palate, with a velvety texture. A Morgon with character!

This Beaujolais cru is the highest in the region (between 250 and 450 meters above sea level). Most of the vines are planted on hillsides, requiring a great deal of manual labor. The mineral strength and power of the rock produce airy, delicate wines with intense fruit and freshness.

"Licorice, cherry, blackberry, black tea and notes of resin from the old barrel in which it was aged, and a persistent mouthfeel for this Morgon Domaine de la Chanaise 2011, very well vinified. A lovely grain of tannin, a very well-integrated slightly pheasant-like note, mineral nuances and soft berry juiciness. Should be enjoyable through 2015 and beyond". (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)
