"A safe bet at a low price"
" A soft and delicate red with aromas of berries, light chocolate, and earthy flavors. Medium-bodied. Juicy and flavorful finish. Drink now." " (James Suckling - 2021) This cuvée is a tribute to the generations of winemakers who preceded the Chardat family on these lands. The wine beautifully expresses the fine terroir of Lacaussade. A little gem!

A typical Blaye, well made, with all the roundness of Merlot and aromas of chocolate. It could have a longer finish, but at €9 it's a great bottle.
