Château Les Tours de Peyrat - Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Dans la nature BIO 2022

"A particularly tasty, convivial wine!"
This beautiful red wine, dominated by Merlot, reveals itself with complexity and finesse. Ripe fruit, hints of cocoa and toast from barrel aging, a full body, fine, silky tannins, and a long, refined finish combine to create a devilishly delicious wine. This is a beautiful bottle, fairly full-bodied, well coated with oak, and destined to be kept in the cellar for a few years. It will then be a joy to open with a nice rib steak or roast pigeon." About the estate:
Ch. les Tours de Peyrat is a 16-hectare family estate (certified organic) planted on the clay-limestone soils of Saint-Paul-de-Blaye, run since 2000 by Christelle Sauboua. It is part of the Cars cooperative (1937), renamed "Châteaux Solidaires" in 2011, which vinifies separately the harvests of a dozen member châteaux, selected with great rigor.
