"A particularly tasty, convivial wine!
"This beautiful red, predominantly Merlot, reveals itself with complexity and finesse. Ripe fruit, a touch of cocoa and toast brought by barrel ageing, great volume on the palate, fine, silky tannins and a long, refined finish form a devilishly tasty whole. This is a fine, full-bodied bottle, well-coated with oak, destined to age in the cellar for several years. It would be a pleasure to open it with a fine entrecote steak or chest-roasted pigeon".
